Product | amount |
Peeled pumpkin | 200 g |
Chicken eggs | 2 pcs. |
Sugar | 200 g |
Vegetable oil | 85-90 ml |
Wheat flour | 150 g |
Cinnamon (ground) | 1 tsp |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Step cooking
- Cut the peeled pumpkin (200 g) into small pieces, chop with a food processor and transfer to a deep bowl.
- Add raw chicken eggs (2 pcs.) To the pumpkin and mix with a whisk or fork until a thick homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Add sugar (200 g) to the mixture and mix again.
- Then pour in vegetable oil (85-90 g) and mix so that it is evenly distributed throughout the volume. Instead of vegetable, olive oil is suitable.
- Now add the flour (150 g), which must be sieved beforehand, the baking powder of the dough (1 tsp), ground cinnamon (1 tsp) and knead the dough, which should resemble thick sour cream in consistency. All three components can be passed through a sieve.
- Grease cupcake molds with vegetable oil (if necessary) and fill them, but not completely, the muffins during baking will increase in size.
- Send the blanks to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Pull out the finished muffins from the oven, leave for several minutes to cool, put them out of the molds, put them in a convenient dish and can be served.
