Ingredients
- Guelder-rose - 2 kg
- Water - 4 stacks.
- Sugar - 2 kg
Step cooking
- We wash the viburnum and cut off from the branches of the berry.
- Pour the berries into an aluminum pan.
- Pour water, it should barely cover the berries.
- We put the pan on a strong fire.
- Stir when it boils - slightly reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, put in a colander and wipe.
- Pour viburnum back into the pan.
- We put on a big fire and add sugar.
- Mix and cook until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove the foam in the process. Cook the jam for about an hour.
- Pour viburnum into banks and close. Done!
