Step cooking
- Take a wide baking dish and cover it with parchment paper. Put sliced salmon fillet (600 g) 3-4 cm wide. Lightly salt and pepper the fillet.
- Lubricate the slices with olive oil (1 tbsp.). This is convenient to do using a silicone brush.
- In a small bowl mix granular mustard (2 tbsp. L.) And honey (1 tbsp. L.).
- Next, thoroughly grease the fish with the prepared mustard-honey mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° and bake the dish until cooked, about 15 minutes. Dill branches (3-5 pcs.) Are well washed in water, you can even soak them for a couple of minutes, then rinse under running water and finely chop.
- Peel the garlic (1 clove) and chop finely.
- Pour cream (150 ml) into the stewpan and put on the stove to warm them a little. Add salt, pepper, flour (1 tsp) to taste and mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Add chopped garlic, herbs and mix everything.
- The sauce needs to be cooked over low heat, a few minutes before thickening, constantly stirring it so as not to burn. Put slices of salmon on a plate, pour cream sauce on top, and can be served with the corresponding side dish.
Then put the knife under the ridge and begin to cut part of the fillet lengthwise to the tail. Turn the remaining fillet on the bone with the bone down and separate it, cutting lengthwise to the tail. Then remove the remaining upper bones. For this, cooks are advised to use kitchen tweezers, and then remove the longitudinal white strip. Rinse the finished filet and cut into appropriate pieces.
