Step cooking
Prepare the fish
- We check the salmon fillet in the amount of 450-500 g for the presence of small seeds, if necessary, remove them. We wash the fish with cold water, and then lightly wipe it with paper towels in order to get rid of excess moisture.
- Cut the prepared fillet into portioned slices 1.5-2 cm thick.
- Each piece is thoroughly rubbed with spices for fish. If not, we use a mixture of dried dill, parsley, sage, basil and caraway seeds, turmeric. Salt and pepper salmon fillet in accordance with personal taste preferences.
Bake fish
- Cut a small piece of foil and spread the processed fish fillet on it, pressing the pieces to each other.
- Wrap the fish in foil, forming a kind of pouch. The ends of the foil are lifted up to avoid leakage of fish juice. We heat the oven to a temperature of 180-190 ° C. We transfer the product to a glass container, and then send the fish to the preheated oven.
- Bake a treat for 20-25 minutes.
- After the specified time, remove the salmon from the oven and unfold the foil. Let the fish cool to room temperature.
Collect the dish
- On the edges of a flat plate we spread lettuce leaves, previously torn by hands into pieces of medium size.
- We clear bell peppers from the core and seeds. Wash it lightly, and then cut into thin half rings.
- We lay the pepper on top of the leaves in a chaotic manner. The center of the plate is left unoccupied.
- One fresh cucumber is cut in half along, and then cut into thin slices. With cucumber we do the same as with bell pepper.
- I thoroughly wash 6-8 berries of a dark grape variety, after which we cut them into two parts and spread them on top of the remaining components.
- We measure 50-80 g of feta cheese, which we grind into small cubes with a sharp knife.
- In a chaotic manner, we lay out the sliced cheese.
- Gently clear the cooled fish from the bone, and then cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Gently spread the salmon in the center of the dish. Spray the resulting composition with 15-20 ml of olive oil.
