Step cooking
Cooking dough
- We take a deep bowl, put 100 g of soft butter in it.
- Drive 2 raw chicken eggs, pour 0.5 tsp. salt. Stir with a whisk, it is not necessary to achieve a uniform consistency.
- Add the sifted flour to the eggs with butter, knead the dough until it sticks to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel, put in a cold place.
Filling
- We put a pan of the appropriate size on the hob, pour water into it. When the water boils, put 300 g of chicken,
salt. Chicken should be cooked until cooked. When the filet is ready, it needs to be allowed to cool a little, and then cut into small cubes.
- Take a medium-sized onion, peel it, wash it under running water, cut into small cubes.
- We take 400 g of fresh mushrooms, preferably mushrooms, wash under running water, cut into thin slices.
- Turn on the hob on medium heat, put the pan, heat it, pour 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil, add chopped onion, fry it until golden brown, cooked mushrooms, load in a pan, salt. Fry until cooked.
Pouring
- We take 3 raw chicken eggs, add a pinch of salt, pour 250 ml of fat cream, mix well with a whisk.
- Rub on a coarse grater 150 g of hard cheese. Cheese can be taken at will, the main thing is that at high temperature it is evenly melted.
- We take a baking dish, grease the bottom and walls with butter, put the finished dough on it, level it with our hands, filling in the empty places on the bottom of the mold and sides.
- We spread the diced chicken on the raw dough, add the fried onions and mushrooms. With a wooden spatula, line the vegetables on the surface.
- Pour cream into the mold, pour grated cheese on top.
- Pre-turn on the oven, heat it to 200 degrees. To cook, put the pie for 30 minutes. After this time, you need to check the readiness of the cake. To do this, take a wooden toothpick, pierce it with the middle of the pie. If the toothpick is dry, then the cake is ready.
