Step cooking
Prepare the ingredients
- Thoroughly wash the chicken fillet weighing about 400 g, then cut off the excess fat, film and other unnecessary parts. We divide the fillet into several pieces, after which we cut them into thin strips, the length of which is no more than 2.5-3 cm.
- Two medium-sized onions are peeled, then cut into four parts and coarsely chopped with a sharp knife.
- We peel two carrots from the peel, then wash them thoroughly and cut into thin half rings.
- Bell pepper cut in half, then remove the seeds, the stalk, and cut the white flesh. Cut the remaining vegetable into strips.
- We dry a small bunch of parsley greens, dry, and then finely chop.
- Three cloves of garlic, squeeze the blade of a knife, and then cut into small pieces.
Cooking salad
- We send to a large fire a frying pan with high sides and, preferably, a non-stick coating. As soon as the pan is heated, pour 20-30 ml of vegetable oil into it.
- Spread the chopped chicken fillet on top of the butter. Fry the meat over high heat until golden brown, at the same time, constantly and actively stir it.
- Spread chopped peppers, carrots and onions in a pan to the chicken. Mix and fry the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
- We cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to medium and simmer the vegetables with meat for 5-7 minutes, stirring them from time to time so that they do not burn.
- After this time, pepper, salt, and add chopped garlic and parsley. If desired, other spices can be added at this stage of preparation, for example, suneli hops, dried basil, coriander seeds, turmeric, mustard. We add 400 g of canned beans in tomato sauce last. Some chefs add another 100 g of peeled walnuts. Stir everything well, and then reduce the heat to a minimum.
- Simmer the salad under a closed lid for 5 minutes. We spread lobio on plates and serve. This salad can be served both warm and cold.
