Ingredients

Step cooking

- Take another 1 lemon and grate its zest on a fine grater. It must also be sent to heat-resistant dishes.
- Also in the container you need to add 110 g of sugar and 2 eggs.
- Next, you need to add 5 yolks to the container. Proteins must be perfectly separated. The components of the Kurd must be thoroughly mixed with a whisk.
- Put your heat-resistant cookware in a water bath and cook the kurd until thickened. Stir it constantly. Also make sure that the water in the bath does not end.
- Put the finished Kurd into a container with a sieve and wipe it to get rid of any lumps.
- In a hot cream, send 60 g of butter. Mix everything thoroughly and dissolve the oil.
- Put the finished cream in the refrigerator until it cools completely. Best to leave it overnight. The finished cream can be used to form a layer of cake, the top of the cupcake or to fill with them any cakes or tartlets.
