- a blender with a grinder or a meat grinder with a large mesh;
- fine mesh sieve;
- a kitchen spoon.
Ingredients

Boiled water | 6 l |
To get more juice, it is better to use citrus fruits at room temperature, and roll them out before squeezing the juice, pressing them to the table.
Step cooking
- We put 1 liter of water to boil in one of 2 liter containers and 4 liter of water in a 5 liter pan. Wash oranges (3 pcs.) And lemon, put them in another container, pour 1 liter of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. This will help get rid of plaque on the peel and the bitterness of taste.
- Cut off the side parts of oranges and lemon. The fruits, together with the peel, are cut into small slices, then another 2-3 parts.
- Using a blender or a meat grinder, chop the sliced slices into a previously vacated container.
- Pour the crushed mass of 2 liters of cooled boiled water from the pan, leave for 15 minutes.
- Through a fine sieve, filter the infused mass into a pan to the remaining boiled water in it. Using a tablespoon, squeeze a little cake in a sieve. Cake can be further used for filling the pie or in the preparation of other dishes.
- Add 200 g of sugar to the resulting lemonade, stir, taste, and add about 1 liter of boiled water (if necessary).
