Step cooking
- To make the dough for flat cakes, mix 350 grams of cottage cheese with salt, sugar, soda and dill. Grind everything with a fork.
- Then add 2 eggs and mix well.
- Add flour portionwise to the resulting mass and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Knead the dough until it becomes firm. The dough will be tender, slightly sticky to the hands.
- Add a little flour to the surface of the countertop. Roll out the sausage from the dough and divide it into 6 equal parts.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour.
- Take one part of the dough, also roll it well in the dough. Use your fingers to form a round flat cake, leveling the dough. Then take a rolling pin and use it to roll a flat cake about 2 millimeters thick.
- Fry each cake in a pan immediately as soon as you have formed it. Heat the pan and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Fry the flat cake well on both sides until golden brown.
- Put the finished cakes on a paper towel so that it absorbs the remaining oil.
- Fry the remaining cakes.
