- When the dough is ready, cover it with a clean towel. Leave to rest for 20 minutes.
Making cakes
- Lubricate the hands with vegetable oil. Since the dough is very liquid, it will not stick much to greased hands. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, or 2, or you can make one big cake as you want.
