Yeast | 20 g |

Step cooking
- First you need to activate pre-prepared yeast with a small amount of sugar and flour (1 teaspoon each). Pour in water, mix with a whisk and leave for 10 minutes to activate. Or prepare new yeast. When dry, you will need 10 grams of yeast.
- Then pour sugar and salt into flour, mix well and add water. To add the suitable yeast there.
- In the mixer, mix the dough until it is sticky. No need to hammer it with flour - just lightly sprinkle on all sides. Leave the dough in a bowl, cover it with a paper towel or film for 30-40 minutes.
- After the dough is suitable, add a little oil on top, knead the dough and leave for another 10 minutes.
- Then, the dough should be divided into four equal parts. It can be divided into six parts, depending on what size cakes you are going to make.
- Stretch the dough with your hands and form a future flat cake (you can use a rolling pin).
- In a hot frying pan with oil, fry flat cakes in oil on both sides.
- Prepare the cheese in advance and grate it. For the filling, grease one side of the tortilla with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese, and then close the tortilla. Done! Enjoy your meal!

You must admit that it’s one thing to cook the dish correctly, and it’s completely another to serve it in a special way. In order to make this recipe more festive, you can beat it in a few simple ways. For example:
- add chicken (or other meat) boiled or fried in a pan as a filling;
- as a filling, use “bright” vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper or even chili pepper;
- add cottage cheese with herbs and garlic as a filling;
- use red fish such as salmon, trout or salmon as the filling.
With any of these fillings, your dish will look even more beautiful, and it can be safely served to the table. You can also decorate the table with your dish if you serve it in a beautiful dish or with a festive napkin.
