Ingredients
- minced meat - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 65 g
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- dill - 2 branches
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- tomato - 1 pc.
Step cooking
- In a deep container we combine 100 g of minced meat and 2 eggs. Grate 65 g of hard cheese on a fine grater and add it to the eggs and minced meat.
- Pour into the total mass of 1/3 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black and red ground pepper. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.
- In a preheated non-stick pan, lay out half of the total mass of the finished mixture. We cover everything with a lid and hold the pan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Turn the cake over and hold it under the lid again for 2 minutes. We do the same with the second half of the stuffing.
- In a small deep container, mix 3 tbsp. l sour cream, 1 tsp dried garlic and 2 finely chopped dill branches. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Cut into slices of 1 cucumber and tomato.
- Coat pancakes with sour cream sauce, spread cucumbers with tomatoes along the edge and turn everything into small rolls.
