Step cooking
- Minced meat is laid out in a large bowl.
- 1 egg is broken into the same container.
- There is added 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of dried garlic are poured into a bowl. If there is no dried garlic, it can be replaced with 1-2 chopped fresh cloves.
- 2 teaspoons of dried onions are added to the minced meat.
- The washed rice is poured into a container, and then it is poured with boiling water for steaming.
- The onion is finely chopped first into half rings, and then divided into quarters of the rings.
- 10 tablespoons of vegetable oil is poured into a heated frying pan.
- Chopped onions are laid out on a frying pan.
- Carrots finely chopped into strips or rubbed on the large side of the grater as desired.
- When the onion is slightly fried, chopped carrots are poured into the pan to it.
- The ingredients are slightly mixed, and when the onion is fried stronger, mixed again, but more thoroughly.
- About 200 grams of cabbage is finely chopped with a knife, and then transferred to a bowl for minced meat.
- When the vegetables are fried, half the frying is transferred to a bowl of minced meat.
- The second half of the fried vegetables in a pan returns to the tile, where you need to add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste to them. Pasta is mixed with vegetables. Further, the ingredients need to be fried with regular stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Water is drained from the bowl with rice, after which it must be added to the bowl to the ingredients of the minced meat.
- 700-800 ml of hot water is added to the frying pan in the frying pan.
- Add bay leaf and 1 teaspoon of salt to the roasting.
- There is added 1 tablespoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of dried garlic or 1-2 chopped fresh cloves. As well as a pinch of ground black pepper.
- The ingredients in the pan are stirred and stewed for 2-3 minutes, after which the pan is removed from the heat and set aside.
- Greens of your choice, such as fresh dill and parsley, are finely chopped and sprinkled in minced meat.
- The ingredients in the bowl are thoroughly mixed by hand until smooth.
- 2 medium ladles of gravy from a frying pan are poured into a cauldron.
- Using a spoon of minced meat in a bowl, blanks for stuffed cabbage are formed. After separating a piece of minced meat from the mass with a spoon, you need to rinse it with your hands moistened with water in a tight ball.
- Minced meat balls are added to the cauldron.
- When the first layer of billets for stuffed cabbage is laid in a casserole, you need to add more gravy so that they are richly covered with it.
- The following row of cabbage rolls is laid out and poured with gravy in the same way. If desired, or if the gravy is not enough, you can add a little water.
- A cauldron covered with a lid is put on fire until the liquid boils, after which cabbage rolls are cooked for 25-30 minutes over medium heat.
- After the appointed time, the cauldron is removed from the fire. It adds half a teaspoon of black pepper, bay leaf and additional chopped herbs if desired. This completes the process of preparing lazy cabbage rolls, bon appetit.
