Step cooking
- First of all, peel the onion and garlic. Rinse under running water. We carefully wash the chicken meat under water and let it drain on a paper towel. We cut the meat in large pieces (the size depends on the screw of your meat grinder, so focus on this moment), just cut the onion.
- In a meat grinder, scroll meat, onions and one clove of garlic.
- The minced meat is salted (1 tsp. Salt) and pepper (to taste). And, of course, mix well. If you will cook the forcemeat strongly “in advance”, do not forget to tighten the bowl with cling film so that the meat does not wind.
- We heat kefir to a temperature of about 40 ° C. In the microwave, this is the fastest thing to do. No need to set for a long time to heat, kefir will heat up in just half a minute - a minute (depends on the properties of the microwave oven), be sure to stop the program and stir the liquid in the middle of the time. Then the heat will spread evenly. The required temperature is when a drop of kefir will be felt neither cold nor hot, if it is dripped on the wrist. Pour warm kefir into a deep bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt, soda and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly so that the grains dissolve in a warm liquid.
- We begin to gradually sift the flour (400 g) into kefir. We don’t fall asleep all at once, we do it in several approaches, each time we mix the dough well with a whisk.
- The dough should not be liquid, but at the same time it should drain from the whisk. It can be described as malleable. Add the minced meat to the finished dough and mix everything thoroughly again. The mass should be homogeneous and not lost viscosity.
- We put a pan on the fire and pour vegetable oil 0.5 cm thick (or a little more) into it. Turn on the fire medium. We take a tablespoon of dough with minced meat and put it in a pan. Fry until golden brown. Then turn over and fry too. Too quickly fried whitewash may turn out to be damp inside, so if you think it has fried suspiciously fast, make the fire quieter.
- We spread the whites on parchment paper so that the glass is excess oil. Enjoy a delicious meal!
