Step cooking
- We clean a large onion or two small ones, rinse, cut into small cubes. We cut 200 g of mushrooms into cubes. Instead of mushrooms, you can use any other mushrooms at your discretion. The main thing is that they are fresh and cooked quickly.
- We will need 300 g of minced meat. It can be chicken or pork and beef, there is not much difference. Choose the stuffing that you like. The main thing is that it is fresh, moderately bold. Stuffing can be done independently. To do this, use high-quality pulp of pork and beef. Stir the prepared meat so that the two varieties of meat are joined together.
- We put the pan on the fire, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, let it heat. Pour onion into the pan and fry until golden brown. Add minced meat to the onion, mix. During mixing, pay attention that the onion is not at the bottom of the pan, and this place was taken by meat, otherwise it will burn. Fry the mass for about five minutes until fully cooked.
- Add mushrooms to the pan, fry for another five minutes. Add salt, pepper to taste. If you wish, you can add some more spices as you wish.
- In 100 g of water, dissolve one tablespoon of tomato paste and pour into the filling. Stir so that the tomato is evenly distributed throughout the mass. Stew a couple more minutes. We taste the filling, add spices if necessary.
- Instead of special sheets for lasagna we will use pita bread. In general, it will not affect in any way, worsen the taste of the finished lasagna. Prepare a baking dish, grease it inside with vegetable or butter.
- By its size, cut 5-6 sheets of pita bread. At the bottom we put a sheet of pita bread, on top we distribute a thin layer of meat filling. Spread the second sheet of pita bread on top and grease it with the filling. So repeat with each sheet and with all the filling. The top layer is pita bread. Pour it with a glass of unsweetened natural yogurt and sprinkle with a mixture of any herbs, such as Provencal or Italian. You can immediately mix yogurt with herbs and pour lasagna.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle with a thick layer of lasagna. We send the workpiece to the oven, bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Serve the finished lasagna immediately after cooking. Cut into portioned slices, put in portioned plates. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top. Additionally, offer a salad of fresh vegetables seasoned with olive oil.
