Step cooking
- We wash and clean the chicken legs. Beat the fillet in a blender to the state of small fibers, but not into porridge.
- Next, wash the onion and finely chop it.
- Rub the tomato on a coarse grater, leaving the peel.
- We heat the pan and add the chicken meat there. No need to add oil. Separate the chicken meat well with a spatula and fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
- We shift the meat to half the pan, add a little vegetable oil to the other empty half, and put the onion there. Fry the onion on one side to a light golden crust.
- Mix the onion with chicken and continue to fry.
- Cut the mushrooms. Reduce the heat and add the chopped mushrooms in the pan, mix well and cover for 2-4 minutes.
- We remove the lid, add fire and fry, stirring continuously, so that all the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates.
- Add the grated tomato, a tablespoon of tomato paste and a little water (half a glass).
- Add spices to taste and salt. If necessary, add more water. Bring the sauce to a boil and cover, reducing the heat. Stew for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the lid and add finely chopped garlic at the very end. Mix everything well.
- Turn off the fire and begin to prepare bechamel sauce. To do this, add butter to a heated pan and melt it.
- Add flour to butter and mix everything with a spatula until the flour is completely dissolved.
- Pour the milk and begin to stir continuously until the bechamel sauce thickens.
- When the sauce thickens, salt and pepper to taste. You can add some spices.
- We collect lasagna. To do this, lay out the ingredients in a glass or any other form. First, spread the meat sauce, add bechamel to it and mix well.
- Put lasagna sheets on top. Spread meat sauce and bechamel on top again.
- Then again the sheets of lasagna and so on to the end.
- The last layer should be cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
- We cover the form with foil and send it to a preheated oven. Bake lasagna at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. 10 minutes before ready, the foil must be removed. Focus on the power of your oven and adjust the temperature as needed.
- We get the lasagna after time. Cut into portions with a spatula and spread on a plate. Done! Enjoy your meal!
