Step cooking
- Pour water into the pan, bring to a boil. Add to the water 1 tbsp. l salt and 20-30 g of vegetable oil.
- Put sheets of lasagna one in a pan and cook for 6-7 minutes. If all the sheets do not fit immediately, cook in two sets.
- We spread the dough, let it cool to room temperature.
Bolognese Sauce
- Finely chop the celery stalks.
- We spread in a frying pan or a cauldron preheated and greased with vegetable oil.
- Cut the onion and add to the celery, mix.
- Cut the carrots into small cubes.
- Pour to vegetables and fry until golden brown.
- Once the vegetables are fried, add the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
- Salt, pepper, season with dry garlic to taste.
- Finely chop the tomatoes and add to the pan, fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour tomato sauce, mix, stand for 2-3 minutes.
- Just before turning off the hotplate, add oregano and mix.
Bechamel sauce
- Dip the butter in a saucepan and simmer over low heat.
- Add flour, mix with a whisk until smooth. Fry for 1 minute.
- Pour with hot (but not boiling) milk, stir intensively. Cook for 5 minutes, at this time constantly stir the mixture.
- We make sure that no lumps appear - the right Bechamel should be smooth.
- Add 1 tsp. salt, black pepper and nutmeg, mix. When the last ingredient is ready, collect lasagna.
Food collection
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. We line the bottom layer of sheets of dough. We make two columns of 5 pieces of dough in each.
- Cover with Bechamel sauce.
- We spread the Bolognese sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Repeat this sequence again.
- Top with another layer of dough, top with Bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with foil and place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- Lasagna is ready!
