You can cook delicious homemade lasagna with minced meat, mushrooms and bechamel sauce according to this step-by-step recipe:
- First you need to prepare sheets for lasagna. To do this, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt with a fork.
- Sift 200 g of flour into a bowl. We add beaten eggs there and mix well to make a cool dough. We make a ball out of it, put in a bowl and cover with cling film. Leave it like that for 30 minutes to swell.
- After half an hour, we roll out very thin sheets of lasagna from it. They should be large in size so that they fit easily into the baking dish.
- Finely chop the onion for the filling. We chop carrots in small cubes. Peel the tomatoes from the skin and grind them with a blender. Cut the mushrooms. Rub the parmesan on a coarse grater. In a frying pan, fry one chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Then add the minced meat and fry well.
- After that, add the carrots, fry and mix.
- Then add tomato puree, mix and pour water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In the end, salt and pepper to your liking. Take another pan for the second filling. In it, heat the sunflower oil and fry the second chopped onion. Then add the mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes over low heat.
- For bechamel sauce, take a saucepan, heat butter in it and gradually add flour, stirring vigorously. Pour hot milk into this mass a little and cook the sauce until the consistency of sour cream.
- When the sauce is ready, grease the baking dish with it and spread the dough sheet.
- We also grease the dough with the sauce, distributing it evenly over the surface.
- Next, lay out one part of the stuffing and sprinkle cheese on top. Next, lay out the second sheet of dough and grease it with sauce.
- Next, spread the mushroom filling and evenly distribute. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Next, again a sheet of dough, grease with sauce and spread the filling, alternating meat and mushroom. Sprinkle between the layers of cheese. We distribute the filling so that the dough sheet is at the very top. Lubricate the top and sides of the lasagna with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
- We turn on the oven in advance and heat it to a temperature of 200 degrees. Bake with lasagna for 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow our dish to cool slightly and cut into portions. We spread it on plates and serve with salads or vegetables.
