Step cooking
- We put the pan on the stove and heat it. Add vegetable oil, let it heat and spread the minced meat.
- Fry the minced meat, stirring constantly with a spatula. Minced meat is fried until half cooked over high heat.
- Set the minced meat aside. We begin to prepare vegetables. We wash and peel all the vegetables. Cut the carrots into small cubes.
- We do the same with zucchini. It is important to remove the skin from the zucchini!
- Onion is also cut into small pieces.
- Take a pan in which they minced meat or a pan, for example. Heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil and add the onion. Fry it until transparent for about 1 minute. Do not forget to constantly stir.
- Add another zucchini and carrots, also fry with onions for about 3-4 minutes, constantly stirring with a spatula.
- Pour the wine into a saucepan and let it evaporate and soak a little into the vegetables. Stir vegetables with wine for about 5 minutes over low heat without a lid, stir constantly.
- Add the fried minced meat to the vegetables, mix everything well and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, pour 100-150 milliliters of water and mix everything well.
- We put the pan on the fire, reduce the heat and simmer the sauce for at least one hour. We cover the pan with a lid and periodically look into it. If necessary, add a little water.
- 10 minutes before the sauce is ready, salt it and pepper to taste. Set aside the meat sauce with vegetables to the side and begin to cook the bechamel sauce.
- For a second sauce, it is advisable to use a stewpan, pan or pan with a thick bottom. We put the pan on medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add flour and mix well. Fry the mixture for 1.5-2 minutes.
- Pour milk and stir the mixture actively with a mixer or whisk.
- Warm the sauce and stir it constantly. When the sauce thickens, add a little salt, nutmeg and a little pepper to taste.
- Now prepare the lasagna baking dish. Lasagna sheets do not need to be boiled in advance. They are perfectly cooked in the oven between two wet sauces. We spread the ingredients in the following order: first, bechamel sauce.
- Then sheets of lasagna.
- Then the Bolognese sauce (minced meat with vegetables) and cheese.
- We repeat the calculation of the ingredients in this order as many times as your form allows. Usually about 3-4 layers are obtained. The last layer is cheese and bechamel sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the form with lasagna in it and bake the dish for about 30-40 minutes.
- We get the lasagna after time and let it cool for about 20-30 minutes. Put the lasagna on a plate and you're done! Enjoy your meal!
