Tomato paste | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- We put the stewpan on medium heat and pour 500 ml of milk into it.
- When the milk heats up a little, take a small amount of it (we do not remove the stewpan from the fire, but slightly reduce the fire) and add to the bowl with 1 tbsp. l flour.
- Stir the flour and milk until smooth, completely getting rid of the lumps, and then pour the entire contents of the bowl into the saucepan with the rest of the milk, constantly stirring it with a spoon or spatula.
- Add to the stewpan also 0.5 tsp. salt and a little black pepper.
- Continuing to stir (without ceasing), we bring our milk sauce to a light thickening, cover the stewpan with a lid and remove from the stove.
- We put the pan on fire and heat 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- When the oil is heated, put in a pan 500 g of minced meat. Stuffing can be taken absolutely any at your discretion.
- Add 1 tsp to the minced meat. salt, 1 tsp paprika, 0.5 tsp hops-suneli, 2 tbsp. l tomato paste and black ground pepper to taste.
- Mix everything thoroughly with a spatula and fry the minced meat for about 3-4 minutes.
- On tomatoes (3 pcs.) We make small cross-shaped incisions and immerse them in boiling water and then in cold water in order to easily remove the skin from them.
- Peeled tomatoes are cut into small cubes.
- Peel, wash and finely chop 1 medium onion.
- In the same pan on which the minced meat was previously fried, put the onion and fry it until transparent.
- Then add the tomatoes to the onion, slightly reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer all its contents until soft.
- We cut the pita bread into several parts so that each part corresponds to the size of your baking dish.
- We lay out on the bottom of the form 2 - 3 tablespoons of the previously prepared milk sauce and evenly distribute it.
- Put a sheet of pita bread on top and grease it with milk sauce.
- On top of the sauce we spread a small amount of minced meat and evenly distribute it.
- Top with minced meat sprinkled with pre-grated hard cheese.
- Then again we place a sheet of pita bread on top, again grease it with sauce and put a portion of fried vegetables on it. Sprinkle the vegetables lightly with cheese.
- Then again we cover the entire contents of the form with a sheet and repeat the manipulation until you have finished the workpiece. It is only important to alternate a layer of vegetables with a layer of minced meat.
- When you put the last sheet in the form, simply grease it with sauce and sprinkle it with plenty of remaining cheese.
- Put the form with lasagna in the oven, preheated to 250 degrees, and bake the dish until golden brown. When the dish is well browned, we take it out of the oven, let it cool slightly and proceed to the meal. Finished lasagna can be decorated with a sprig of fresh dill, parsley or basil.Serving this dish is recommended with a salad of fresh vegetables.
