Step cooking
- Peel medium onions (2 pieces), peel and cut into small cubes.
- Peel a small carrot (2 pieces), rinse and grate with large holes.
- Chop the cabbage (200 grams) into small strips.
- Hard cheese (250 grams) grate on a coarse grater.
- Put the pan on the fire and pour vegetable oil (4 tablespoons) into it. In hot oil, fry the onion cubes until golden brown. When the onion is fried, add the minced meat (0.5 kg) to it and fry until cooked, stirring constantly and crushing with a spatula.
- Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste. Add your favorite spices and mix. Add tomato paste (3 tablespoons) to the pan and mix so that the paste is evenly distributed.
- Put grated carrots in a pan. Shuffle.
- Add chopped cabbage immediately. Mix well and fill with water (100-150 ml).
- Cover the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Put pita bread on the bottom of the mold. Evenly distribute part of the filling over the pita bread with a thin layer, which is sprinkled with a little grated cheese.
- Lay a second sheet of pita bread on top and repeat the layer of filling and cheese. Assemble the remaining layers in the same way. Your topmost layer will be cheese. Bake lasagna from pita bread in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot lasagna with lavash, cut into slices in a mold and put them on plates. Garnish with lasagna with halves of cherry tomatoes and fresh green leaves.
