Salmon preparation

- Cut thin plates across the fibers. Closer to the middle of the piece, the plates become quite thick in width, so we cut them in half. It turns out long strips of fish.
Collect the roll
- Take a ready-made sheet of pita bread, unfold it. We spread the finished coating on it.
- Smear it evenly over the entire surface of the pita. We spread the fish. You can evenly distribute it on the plaster, you can randomly.
- The edge of one side 2 - 3 cm leave without fish. This is necessary so that he then better stuck.
- We turn the pita bread as tightly as you can, and as far as your pita bread is allowed, so as not to burst. At the end, glue it with a free, smeared edge without fish. It turned out a seam along the length of the roll. We turn it down so that it snuggles well with the whole mass of the roll and does not turn around.
- We send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. After that, cut the roll into portioned pieces. Width 1-2-3 cm, thicker, thinner, as you like.
