Step cooking
- First, cut all the necessary ingredients. In general, you can cut them as you like. We will tell you and show one of the options. Cut 500 g of chicken into small cubes. Instead of chicken, you can take the flesh of veal.
- We clean the middle onion, rinse, cut into cubes.
- We wash one bell pepper. We recommend using red pepper to make the finished dish bright, appetizing. Remove the stalk, seeds and cut into thin strips.
- We wash 100 g of champignons. You can take any other mushrooms, oyster mushrooms for example. Mushrooms are cut into thin plates.
- We wash one small young zucchini and cut into thin cubes.
- In a wok pan, pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, let it heat well. Pour the chopped fillet and fry for 5 minutes. During this time, the meat will turn white.
- Vegetables can be fried in two ways. You can add them to the meat and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes. You can fry them in a separate pan. Then we pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, heat it. Pour onion, fry until transparent, then add carrots and mushrooms. Fry for a couple of minutes and add zucchini with bell pepper. It is very important that the vegetables are fried, not stewed. As a result, they turn out crispy, retain their shape.
- Cut 30 g of ginger root very finely. Peel 4 cloves of garlic, rinse, cut into small cubes or pass through the garlic.
- Wash a bunch of green onions, cut into small cubes.
- We put a pot of water on the fire, let it boil. In water, add one teaspoon of salt and 200 g of udon noodles. In general, by this principle, you can boil any other pasta. Cooking time udon 4 minutes. Ideally, you need to pay attention to the instructions written on the packaging of pasta, and cook, following the recommendations.
- Throw the finished noodles into a colander, rinse with running water.
- Mix meat with fried vegetables (if they were fried separately), simmer for a minute. Add garlic with ginger, mix. Add noodles, pour sauces on it. We used two tablespoons of soy, teriyaki and oyster. You can add the same assortment or use only one of the options. Sauces are best served with noodles, then it is easier to mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix everything, add the onion greens and can serve.
- Before serving, lay out the udon in portioned plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
