Step cooking
- Cut the chicken into oblong slices.
- Peel the ginger and rub on a fine grater.
- We take an orange, roll it a bit on the surface so that it gives juice well, and cut it in half.
- Place the fillet in a bowl, squeeze the juice from the halves of the orange onto it and add the ginger. Mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- At this time, cut the onion in half rings.
- Cut the carrots into thin sticks.
- In the same way we cut both types of bell pepper.
- Cut into small cubes hot pepper.
- Cut the green beans into 4-5 cm slices. Finely chop the garlic.
- Pour vegetable oil into a wok or pan and heat it.
- Fry the onion until golden brown.
- Add chicken fillet to the onion and fry.
- Add soy sauce and fry a little.
- We shift the chicken meat into a bowl and set aside. Put and fry the carrots in the wok.
- Then add the bell pepper, fry, stirring.
- Add hot pepper.
- Then we put green beans to vegetables, mix and fry.
- Sprinkle with ground pepper, mix. While vegetables are fried, cook soba noodles. Put it in salted boiling water and cook for 10 minutes with the lid open. Throw the finished noodles into a colander and rinse.
- Add the garlic and green onions to the wok. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
- Add chicken fillet to vegetables, mix.
- We spread the noodles to the vegetables and mix everything.
- Add teriyaki sauce and mix.
- We serve the finished dish to the table in a warm form. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds on a plate to your taste. Enjoy your meal!

- Instead of chicken, you can take chicken breast.
