Step cooking
- A similar dish is prepared quite quickly and simply. In a deep bowl we put 1 portioned bunch of funchose. Sprinkle Chinese noodles 1 tsp. dried parsley. If you do not like this kind of greens, then you can not add it or replace it with another.
- Sprinkle a pinch of hot ground red pepper into the funchose, which will give the finished dish a pronounced sharpness. If you do not like spicy dishes, then it is better to refuse such a spice.
- Sprinkle funchose 1 tbsp. l sesame seeds and pour 2 tbsp. l of soy sauce. Since soy sauce is quite salty, there is no need to add salt to the dish. You can also add sourness to the dish by pouring it with a little vinegar.
- Pour funchose 2 tsp. sesame oil. If you don’t have one or don’t like its taste, then you can replace sesame oil with any other vegetable oil.
- In the kettle we heat the water, bringing it to a boil. A glass of boiling water pour funchose. Squeeze the noodles a little with a tablespoon.
- We cover the bowl from above with a flat plate or a lid and leave the funchose to infuse for 5-7 minutes.
- While funchose is insisting, we are preparing vegetables. For the dish you will need 1 small onion. We clean it from the husk and cut it into thin rings with a thickness of not more than 1-1.5 mm. It can also be replaced with a few feathers of green onions. It must first be washed well under running water, and then finely chopped.
- You will also need to cut into thin strips 1 slice of sweet bell pepper. The thickness of the strips is approximately 1.5-2 mm. After 5-7 minutes, the funchose is completely ready. Garnish it with onions and pepper strips. Serve the dish on the table. You can eat Chinese noodles with chopsticks or a fork, if you do not know how to handle the first. Serving such noodles can be not only with vegetables, but also use seafood or chicken fillet for cooking.
