Step cooking
- We clean the two fish from the husk, cut off the heads, tails and fins, gutting and thoroughly rinsing inside and out.
- We cut the varnish into pieces and spread it in a dense layer on the bottom of the glass baking dish. The form must be lubricated in advance with 10 grams of vegetable oil.
- Slightly add fish to taste and generously lubricate with 50 grams of mayonnaise.
- Rub 100 grams of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and set the form with lachedra for 25 minutes. Five minutes before cooking, sprinkle with grated cheese fish and send it back to the oven.
- When the dish is ready, divide it into portions and serve.
Decoration methods and serving options
- If you want to make the dish more spicy, you can add a little black pepper, garlic powder and sprinkle with lemon juice. For a more citrus flavor, add a little lemon zest.
- Soy sauce will help to give your fish an appetizing aroma, and Mirin will allow a golden crust to form.
- If you are not a fan of mayonnaise, then you can replace it with sour cream, but not very oily.
- Boiled, crumbly white rice with vegetables will be the best side dish.
- You can also boil potatoes and serve it with butter and your fish.
- Serving baked pasta with a side dish of pasta is not recommended.
