Step cooking
- First things first, I wash 7-8 chicken wings under running water, and then we divide each wing into two parts.
- We put the prepared chicken in a pan and fill the meat with one and a half liters of bottled water. We send the pan with the contents to a medium heat and bring the liquid to a boil.
- In the meantime, peel one onion, one carrot and 2-3 potatoes, and then wash the products.
- Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
- Onions finely chopped.
- Rub carrots on a coarse grater.
- We put the pan on a small fire and pour 20 ml of vegetable oil into it.
- Once the oil is heated, spread the chopped onion and fry it with constant stirring for 1-2 minutes until a golden hue appears.
- Put grated carrots on top of the onion and fry the mixture for about 2 minutes until it becomes soft.
- After about half an hour, we take out the wings from the broth.
- Filter the finished broth through a gauze cloth folded in several layers. Pour the filtered liquid into a clean pan and bring it to a boil again. Add chopped potatoes and cooked carrot and onion to the boiling broth.
- We set the medium heat and cook the soup until the potatoes are soft. Tentatively it will take 15-20 minutes.
- Return the chicken wings to the pan, and then pepper and salt the broth. The amount of pepper and salt directly depends on your personal preferences.
- As soon as the soup boils again, add 50-70 g of vermicelli to it and boil it for a maximum of 5 minutes. During the cooking process, periodically stir the ingredients, otherwise the vermicelli may stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Take 1-2 sprigs of fresh parsley and dill and finely chop them. Pour the chopped greens into the soup, then cover the pan with a lid and turn off the stove.
- We allow the finished dish to simmer for 5-10 minutes, and after that we can begin the tasting.
