Ingredients
For cooking you will need:
Vegetable oil (for frying) | 20 g |
Chicken legs | 8 small pieces |
Potatoes | 5 pieces. |
Water | 2–2.5 l |
Onion | 1 head |
Sweet pepper | 1 PC. |
Rice | 50-100 g |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Tomato paste | 50 g |
Greenery | Taste |
Salt pepper |
Step cooking
- Pour the vegetable oil into a preheated pan.
- Wash the chicken legs and dry them with a kitchen towel, put them in a pan, close the lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes, and during this time we process the other ingredients: peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, chop the pepper, onion and garlic, chop finely the greens.
- Add the onion to the chicken legs, continue to simmer until golden brown.
- Add chopped bell pepper, mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, stew for another 3-4 minutes.
- We pour the legs with vegetables from the pan into the pan, pour 2-2.5 liters of hot water and bring to a boil. At the same time, note: if a white foam forms, be sure to remove it with a spoon.
- Once the soup has boiled, add pre-washed rice, cook for another 10 minutes over moderate heat.
- Add potatoes, garlic, salt and black pepper (to taste), cook until the potatoes are ready. Do not forget that after laying vegetables in the soup, it should be cooked over low heat, so that the vegetables do not boil and the broth remains transparent.
- 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking, add finely chopped greens to it.
- Pour the soup into portioned plates and enjoy the results of our labor.
Soup can be served in ordinary deep dinner plates, in plate-hats or bowls. You can also decorate the dish and give its taste a special note by sprinkling it on top with grated cheese, homemade crackers of rye / white bread or add a mixture of Asian seasonings to it to give a more spicy taste.
