Step cooking
- Rinse about 300-500 grams of chicken breast under water, put in a pan and fill with water, salt and turn on simmer.
- When the water boils, remove the foam and cook for about 50 minutes. When ready, turn off the fire and take out the breast to cool. Prepare the vegetables in advance: 1 cut the onion into cubes, 1 grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- We put on the stove to heat the pan, fill in the sunflower oil in it, put the onion diced into cubes and fry until transparent.
- While the onion is fried, cut 3 medium potatoes with medium cubes and turn on the finished broth again.
- As soon as the onion gets a transparent shade, pour the previously prepared grated carrots into it and mix everything. We fry for 7-10 minutes, until the carrots become soft over medium heat. Do not forget to mix occasionally so that nothing sticks and does not burn.
- Separate previously boiled chicken breast from the bone and cut into cubes.
- When the broth boils, we send potatoes diced into it. If a foam appears, remove it carefully with a spoon. Then, when the potatoes are almost ready, we throw the chopped breast into the broth. Next, put the frying and egg noodles, mix well. Cook until the noodles are ready, salt for about 8 minutes, if necessary.
- Add a little black pepper to taste. Cut dill or parsley and also add to the soup. Turn off the fire, cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 5 minutes.
- Serving soup is recommended with fresh sour cream. The soup is ready, bon appetit!
Soup toasts
What soup will be against a company of fresh toasts? Take 100 grams of Borodino or black bread, cut off all the edges from it and cut into cubes. Next, peel 2 cloves of garlic and pass it through a garlic squeezer, and cut 2 more cloves very finely with a knife. Sliced slices of Borodino or black bread, fry in a pan in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Rub the finished bread with garlic mass and sprinkle with salt. Croutons for our soup are ready.
