Ingredients

Step cooking
- Butcher the chicken and place the meat in the pots. Legs and brisket in this case is better not to use.
- Halve 1 clove of garlic and send it to the pan. Also, peel and put the half of the onion in the pan. Peel 10 g of ginger root and add it to the general container.
- Take the burner and burn the half of the onion, which is in the meat pan. The same thing needs to be done with meat and ginger.
- Next, fill the existing composition with cold water so that it covers it. Put the pot on the fire and add salt to taste. Bring the composition to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and leave to simmer for 30 minutes. The lid does not need to be closed. When cooking, be sure to remove the foam.
