Step cooking
- To begin, peel the onions and garlic. Rinse them under running water. Rinse the greens and spread out - let it drain. Chop the onion as small as possible. Crush the garlic with a knife or chop finely. Put the minced chicken in a deep bowl. Stuffing should be fresh, and, of course, it is better to cook it yourself.
- Add the chopped onion to the minced meat and beat 1 egg.
- Now add the bulk ingredients: half a teaspoon of salt, black pepper, turmeric.
- Knead the minced meat. You can slightly beat off on a bowl. From the minced meat, take a tablespoon a little and with your hands moistened with water, form small balls - meatballs.
- Pour breadcrumbs into a plate and roll each meatball in breadcrumbs.
- Put the pan on the stove and pour 20-25 ml of vegetable oil into it.
- Fry meatballs in a pan from two sides to a beautiful golden crust. The fire should be medium, otherwise the meatballs risk burning.
- At this time, turn on the oven at 200 ° C so that it warms up well. Put the fried meatballs in a baking dish, greased with a little vegetable oil.
- Do not pour oil on which meatballs were fried, do not even turn off the fire. Pour 200 ml of sour cream into the pan and mix well. Also, pour the garlic crushed earlier in the pan, mix and turn off the heat.
- Pour the meatballs with the resulting sauce. Gently spread the sauce on the surface of the meatballs so that they are all eventually covered with liquid.
- On a fine grater, grate 150 g of hard cheese and sprinkle them with meatballs with sauce on top.
- Finely chop the greens and sprinkle on top of the cheese (1 tbsp. L chopped parsley).
- Now you can put the form with meatballs in a preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Meatballs are served with any side dish - buckwheat, rice, pasta, potatoes. You can decorate with greens. Enjoy your meal!
