odorless refined oil | 2 tbsp. l |
soy sauce | 5 tbsp. l for marinade + 2 tbsp. l for glaze |
honey | 1 tbsp. l |
sesame | 1 tbsp. l |
Tabasco sauce | a few drops |
Step cooking
- Chicken wings choose about the same size. To begin with, they need to be washed well and dried with a paper towel. If desired, each wing can be cut into two parts.
- Peel the garlic, remove the top peel from the ginger. Grate ginger and garlic on a fine grater - their volumes should be approximately the same.
- To prepare the marinade in a small container, combine the garlic, ginger, add 5 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Sesame oil is great, but you can take any other odorless vegetable oil. Mix the contents well.
- To marinate the wings, take a deep bowl or zip bag. In a zip package, pickling is much more convenient. In the prepared container for the marinade, place all the wings and pour the marinade. Mix everything well so that the sauce is evenly distributed. Leave to marinate for at least 40 minutes.
- After each wing remove the remaining sauce with a spoon and dry with a paper towel. This must be done so that after baking they have a crisp. Spread the wings in one layer on a baking tray with non-stick coating or covered with parchment paper. Bake at 220 ° C for 25 to 30 minutes.
- For glaze mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce and honey. If desired, add a few drops of Tabasco or a pinch of ground hot pepper. The consistency of the glaze obtained depends on the consistency of honey. It should not be fluid, and stretch slightly. Finished glaze should not completely drain from the wing. If necessary, you can add some more honey. Mix well until smooth.
- 20 minutes after the start of baking, grease each wing with icing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- You can serve such a dish with any side dish at your discretion, as well as with fresh vegetables or salad.
