Step cooking
- Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly under running water and let them dry. To save time, you can dry your wings with disposable paper towels. Trim the tips of the wings, as they can burn during cooking and spoil the taste of the whole dish.
- Next, mix a tablespoon of soy sauce, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, one tablespoon of olive oil (can be replaced with sunflower) and a tablespoon of chicken seasoning. If there is no ready seasoning at hand, you can make it yourself by mixing curry, coriander, turmeric, paprika, dried garlic.
Important!In order not to salt the marinade, you need to remember that manufacturers often add salt to ready-made chicken seasonings. Examine the composition before cooking and keep in mind that soy sauce itself is also quite salty. Put the wings in a deep bowl and rub them with marinade. Close the bowl tightly and send the wings to marinate in the refrigerator. If you have little time, you can start cooking in 15 minutes. But to get the most delicious and juicy result, leave them in the marinade for the whole night. - Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into large pieces. If you cut them too thinly, the pieces will start to burn, while the wings have not time to bake.
- Take a deep baking dish and put the potatoes in it. Add a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of soy sauce, two tablespoons of olive oil, a tablespoon of seasoning for potatoes and mix everything.
- Remove the wings from the fridge and lay them on top of the potatoes. Pour the remaining marinade into the baking dish and spread evenly over the top layer.
- Cover the mold with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 60 minutes. When the dish is almost ready, remove the foil and bake until golden brown on the chicken wings.
- Serve the dish hot. It goes well with salads, tomato sauce or pickled vegetables.
