Ingredients
- Minced Chicken - 650 g
- White bread - 120 g
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 100-150 ml
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Butter - 60 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Dry breadcrumbs - 90 g
- Ground paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground garlic - 0.5 tsp.
Step cooking
- Cut the white bread, cutting the crusts.
- Break the crumb into small pieces. Pour the bread with milk and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic in a blender.
- Add the onion and garlic to the minced meat. There we add the egg and the pressed bread from the milk.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients.
- Lubricate the form with vegetable oil. Add dry garlic and paprika to the bread crumbs. Mix.
- Grate the frozen butter in a bowl with minced meat.
- Mix all the ingredients. Wet hands in cold water. We form cutlets.
- Dip the cutlets into breading and put them into shape.
- We send to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes. Done!
Cooking variations
Everyone is used to cooking cutlets in a pan, because only in this way you can make a crisp. However, this is not at all true. With good breading and the right baking temperature, you can easily and quickly make delicious meatballs with a crispy crust that you definitely like. Such cutlets can be served to the table without a side dish, but for the table to be full, study the tips described below. Here's what you can serve cutlets to the table:
- With mashed potatoes.
- With pasta and cheese.
- With buckwheat porridge with mushrooms.
- With a vegetable salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and other vegetables as you wish.
- With coleslaw and onion salad.
- With sauerkraut.
- With pickles, such as cucumbers or tomatoes.
If you do not like onions or garlic, or add bread crumbs to cutlets - do not do this. The dish will turn out very tasty without it.
