Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- Zucchini - 300-400 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.

Step cooking
- We clean and rinse the squash. Cut the stalk and rub on a grater.
- Add salt to the zucchini, mix and put in a colander for 15 minutes to glass the liquid. Squeeze the juice, combine the stuffing with zucchini.
- Add the egg, finely chopped herbs to taste, salt and pepper. Mix.
- We form cutlets from prepared minced meat. You can add a couple of spoons of flour. Heat the pan, pour in the oil.
- We put the patties in a pan and fry until cooked on both sides.
