Chicken fillet 200 g
Egg 1 PC.
Water or beer 100 ml
Flour 220 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Salt 2-3 pinch
Spice 2-3 pinch
Vegetable oil 1 liter

  1. Immediately we can make a batter. To do this, drive one chicken egg into a deep bowl, add 100 ml of water or beer, salt to taste.
    In a bowl, beat the eggs, add water, salt.
  2. Sift 200 g of flour and send to a liquid mixture.

  3. Mix well until smooth.
    With a whisk, mix the batter, achieving a homogeneous consistency.

    The amount of flour can be different, a lot depends on the manufacturer, humidity and the amount of ingredients with which it is mixed. Therefore, adjust it as you wish. It is better to add flour to batter in batches, so that the mixture turns out to be homogeneous, and do not overdo it with the amount. If the batter is too thick, dilute it with a little water. Ideal will be similar in consistency to dough for pancakes.
  4. We will cook from chicken. This part of the chicken is most suitable for such a dish, because it is tender, without streaks. We wash the fillet, let it dry or remove excess moisture with a paper towel.

After a piece is taken from the batter, shake off the excess amount of this egg mixture from it, otherwise it will peel off and will be fried separately. Fry on fire a little lower than the maximum until golden brown. For one frying, place no more than 6 pieces of fillet so that they can be fried evenly.
    One at a time, lower the workpieces into the hot oil.
  11. After all the pieces are slightly fried, literally half a minute, twist them with a fork or tongs to separate from each other, take a beautiful shape. Fry until golden brown, this will take about 6-7 minutes.
    Pieces of meat must be turned with a fork so that they are well cooked on all sides.
