- Then sprinkle the chopped chicken pieces with salt and spices. We used red pepper and dry garlic. You can use any seasonings as you wish. Mix the meat with spices, leave it to soak for literally 5 minutes.
- Pour a little flour into the dishes with the sides and bread the meat in it. We check that the flour well covers the pieces, does not leave gaps.
- Then we send the fillet piece by piece to the batter, dipped on all sides.
- Pour a liter of vegetable oil into a stewpan of small diameter and send to the fire. We need the oil to warm up very well.
- Only after that we send pieces of meat into it piece by piece. After a piece is taken from the batter, shake off the excess amount of this egg mixture from it, otherwise it will peel off and will be fried separately. Fry on fire a little lower than the maximum until golden brown. For one frying, place no more than 6 pieces of fillet so that they can be fried evenly.
- After all the pieces are slightly fried, literally half a minute, twist them with a fork or tongs to separate from each other, take a beautiful shape. Fry until golden brown, this will take about 6-7 minutes.
- We spread it on a dish that is covered with a paper towel. So we remove excess vegetable oil. After that, put it on portioned plates, serve still hot. In addition, you can serve sour cream sauce or ketchup. This meat appetizer goes well with fresh vegetable salad.
