Step cooking
- To begin with, we wash the chicken liver well in cold water. Then we remove the extra film, cutting into several pieces.
- We put the pan on the fire and pour the vegetable oil. You can use both sunflower and olive.
- We spread the liver on a well-heated frying pan and fry for 5-7 minutes until a pleasant golden crust appears. You can cover.
- Arbitrarily chop the onions, as it will disperse in the gravy during the stew.
- When the liver is fried, add onions to it and mix. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add boiling water, salt and pepper to taste, do not forget to stir.
- Thus, we extinguish the liver for 20-25 minutes over medium heat and under a closed lid.
- Heat the cream in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Pour the cream to the liver into the pan after 25 minutes from the start of the stew. Mix well and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
- The liver with cream is ready. It can be served with a side dish of potatoes, rice or pasta. Optionally, you can decorate with a sprig of greenery. Enjoy your meal!

Cream chicken liver can be prepared in other ways:
- In such a dish, if desired, you can add carrots.
- If you like mushrooms, you can also stew them with the liver. Oyster mushrooms, champignons and other types of mushrooms are suitable.
