Ingredients
Chicken liver | 500 g |

Step cooking
- In a bowl of a blender we cut one large onion. It should not be crushed, just cut into small pieces that fit in the bowl. If there is no blender, then chop the onions with a meat grinder or grate on a coarse grater. Grind the onion to a mushy state.
- Drive 1 chicken egg into the onion gruel and add 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth.
- The resulting onion mass is transferred to a deep bowl. In a mixture of onions and eggs, add chopped 4-5 sprigs of dill. Cut greens as finely as possible.
- Add salt to taste and add ground black pepper. Mix well with a tablespoon.
- Add portioned wheat flour to the onion mass. First, put 2 tbsp. l and mix everything well, trying to keep as few lumps as possible. The consistency of batter should resemble thick sour cream. If the batter is a little liquid, then add another tablespoon of flour and mix everything.
- Add granulated garlic to your batter to taste. If you prefer other spices, you can use them to give the batter a better taste. Thoroughly rinse 500 g of chicken liver and remove all veins. Pour 3-4 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and let it warm up a little. Dip each piece of liver in batter well thoroughly and spread on a preheated pan.
- Fry the liver on each side until tender. While preparing one batch of liver, the other can already be laid out in batter, so that the liver is slightly marinated.
- Chicken liver in batter is ready. It turns out very soft and tasty. It can be served with any side dish, decorated with fresh herbs. If you still have a batter, then you can fry meat or fish in it.
