- In a bowl, beat 2 chicken eggs to a little fluffiness, add 3 tablespoons of sifted flour, 2 tablespoons of milk, one pinch of sugar, salt, pepper and mix until the mass is completely homogeneous. Leave the batter for 10-15 minutes to swell the gluten of the flour.
- Rinse raw chicken breasts under running water and pat dry with a napkin. Dried meat does not slip in the hands and is easier to cut. Put 600 g of washed and dried fillet on a cutting board, carefully cut the films and tendons, remove excess fat. After that, cut each breast on the inside in the longitudinal direction and divide into equal sized portions.
- Then lightly beat with a kitchen hammer to a thickness of 4-5 mm each piece, season with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Soak seasoned chicken for 8-10 minutes.

- After beating, separate pieces of fillet dipped in batter on both sides and quickly put in a pan with heated fat.
- Fry over low heat until a light brown crust is brown on both sides: the finer the beaten meat, the faster it will be ready. Put chicken breasts from a frying pan on a paper towel and drain excess fat.

- For the festive table, lay the chicken breast in the center of the dish with “tiles”, decorate with Chinese lettuce leaves, a border of small fresh tomatoes, sprigs of parsley, rings of red and green pepper. The side dish can be served with baked, fried or young boiled potatoes. In addition, serve green salad, fresh or lightly salted cucumbers, bean pods or pickled cabbage.
- For everyday meals, serve chicken in batter with mashed potatoes, buckwheat or wheat porridge, rice with vegetables, boiled pasta, stewed cabbage or carrots, green beans in breadcrumbs. Separately serve salad depending on the season.
Important! To prevent items from sticking to the pan during frying, do not put them in a cold pan. The oil must be necessarily hot, only after that you can put the ingredients for frying in it.
