Step cooking

  1. Take the chicken, wash it thoroughly and remove excess fat.
    Prepare the chicken carcass.
  2. Then pour one teaspoon of salt into it.

  3. Then pour one tablespoon of ginger juice.

  4. Add three feathers of fresh chives.

  5. Heat a skillet or wok. Pour evenly two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan. Add one ginger slice.
