Ingredients
- Chicken Fillet - 600 g
- Coconut milk - 200 g
- Chicken stock - 500 g
- Turmeric - 2 g
- Lemon juice - 30 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 g
- Grated Ginger - 15 g
- Grated Garlic - 15 g
- Onions - 100 g
- Garam Masala (spice mix) - 5 g
- Ground red chili pepper - 2 g
- Ground cumin - 5 g
- Parsley - 5 g
- Salt - 5 g
Step cooking
- Wash it under running water and cut into cubes of medium size 600 grams of fresh chicken fillet.
- Put the meat in a bowl and add 5 grams of salt, 2 grams of turmeric, 30 grams of lemon juice, mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
- We clean, wash and cut into small cubes 100 grams of onions.
- Pour 30 grams of vegetable oil into a frying pan and put on a stove. Add 15 grams of chopped garlic, 15 grams of grated fresh ginger and chopped onions to the pan. Stir and fry for 1 minute over medium heat.
- We spread the chicken in the pan, add 5 grams of garam masala, 5 grams of ground cumin, 2 grams of red ground chili. We mix everything.
- Add 500 grams of chicken stock, cover and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
- After 10 minutes, add 200 grams of coconut milk, mix, cover again and simmer for another 3 minutes over low heat.
- Turn off the fire, add 5 grams of chopped fresh parsley and serve.
