Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 500 g
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Fresh parsley - 1 bunch
- Cherry Tomatoes - 100 g
- Cream - 120 g
- Olive or any vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- Chili pepper flakes - 1/4 tsp
- Dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- Thyme - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Step cooking
- First, we make the sauce. To do this, pour in a small bowl 120 g of cream of any fat content, to which we send 1 tsp. dried garlic, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp. thyme, 1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes and a similar amount of nutmeg. It is also necessary to add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Pour 2 tablespoons of cream and spices into a bowl. l olive oil. If you do not have such a product, then use any other non-flavor vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce with a fork.
- For the dish you will need 500 g of pumpkin. It must first be washed and cleaned from the insides and remove the seeds. Cut the peel from the pumpkin and cut it into medium cubes. We immediately send the prepared pumpkin to the baking dish.
- We clean the onion head from the husk and cut it first in half, then into 3 parts. We shift the onions into a shape with a pumpkin. There we send 100 g of washed cherry tomatoes whole.
- We cut 4 cloves of garlic into small pieces. Previously, they need to be crushed a little with a knife so that the garlic becomes juicier and more aromatic. Part of the crushed garlic is added to the form to the rest of the ingredients. The remaining half of the garlic is left to add to the finished dish.
- Do the same with a bunch of parsley. We cut it all at once, but we send 1 part to the baking dish, and leave the other to add to the finished dish.
- We wash the chicken fillet in an amount of 350 g under running water and cut into medium cubes. Put the chopped meat in the form of the remaining ingredients.
- When all the products for the dish are prepared and folded into a mold, pour them with the prepared creamy sauce. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed. It is more convenient to do this by hand, so that all products are well saturated with sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We put a bake dish for 25-30 minutes. But it is worth controlling the time yourself so that the dish does not burn out or, conversely, does not work out raw. After half an hour, we take out the dish from the oven. It turns out very fragrant and tasty. We spread the pumpkin with chicken on portioned plates and serve to the table, sprinkled with chopped garlic and parsley.
