Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Honey - 35 g
- Wheat flour - 10 g
- Soy Sauce - 100 ml
- Turmeric - 5 g
- Chesno - 3 slices
- Black ground feather - ½ tsp.
- Ground red pepper - ½ tsp.
- Dried ground ginger - ½ tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step cooking
- Cut 500 g of chicken and cut it into strips 5-6 mm thick.
- Take 1 large bell pepper, peel it from the seeds and cut into long strips.
- Peel the 2 medium onions, cut them into thin half rings.
- Heat 50 ml of vegetable oil in a pan.
- Fry the chopped meat in hot oil until the meat is brightened and juice is secreted.
- Put the meat on a plate.
- Put chopped peppers and onions in a pan. Sauté the vegetables until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Make the sauce. To do this, mix 35 g of liquid honey, 10 g of wheat flour and 100 ml of soy sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Next, add 5 g of turmeric, ½ tsp. ground black pepper, ½ tsp. ground red pepper and ½ tsp. ground ginger. Peel and finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and add it to the sauce. Mix everything again.
- Add chicken and sauce to sauteed vegetables.
- If necessary, add salt, but keep in mind that soy sauce is quite salty, so focus on your taste.
- Fry everything together over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Chicken with vegetables is ready. Enjoy your meal.
