Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Onions (large) - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Chili pepper to taste
- Greens (dill and onions) - to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step cooking
Vegetable preparation
- Peel and rinse about 5-6 medium potatoes. Wash two zucchini under running water and dry. Rinse 1 sweet bell pepper and 3 tomatoes. Zucchini cut into slices about 4-5 millimeters thick.
- Cut the peeled potatoes into circles of the same thickness.
- Transfer the potatoes into a separate bowl, add a little salt, and mix.
- From the bell pepper, remove the seed box and tail. Cut it into rings.
- Cut the tomatoes into the same rings, removing all unnecessary.
Frying onions
- Peel a large onion and chop finely. Put the pan on the fire and pour a little vegetable oil. Put the onions in a pan in a hot vegetable oil. Fry until transparent until the onion is golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and put the onions in a separate bowl.
Chicken preparation
- Rinse the chicken fillet weighing approximately 350 grams. Slice the meat into thin slices.
- Salt and pepper the chicken to taste, optionally add chili peppers. Stir thoroughly so that the meat is evenly coated with spices.
Cooking dressing
- Peel the garlic. Use a garlic squeezer to chop it (or just chop it very finely with a knife). The recipe uses 2 cloves of garlic. In a deep bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of sour cream (any fat content), salt and chopped garlic. Mix the dressing thoroughly.
Baking
- Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Lubricate the surface with a little vegetable oil.
- Put a layer of potatoes on the entire baking sheet. Pepper.
- On top, put the pre-fried onions on the potatoes.
- This is followed by a layer of chopped chicken.
- Place the zucchini on the chicken, slightly salting them.
- Pour the dressing on top, distributing the sour cream in circles of zucchini.
- After that add chopped bell pepper. After pepper comes a layer of tomatoes and the remaining sour cream dressing.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Send a baking sheet into it for 30-35 minutes. While the chicken and vegetables are baked, rinse and dry several bunches of your favorite greens (such as dill and green onions) and chop it finely.
- Hard cheese (about 100 grams) grate on a fine grater. After this time, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese. Bake another 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cooked vegetables with chicken in finely chopped herbs. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
