Step cooking
- We will cook from 1 kg or 9 pcs. chicken wings. You can use any other parts of the chicken, for example, chicken legs or separately the shin and thighs. In general, any other meat is suitable. For example, you can take pork, beef or lamb.
- If the meat is frozen, it is first thawed, washed. Put in a deep bowl, add two tablespoons of sour cream, mix. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of provence herbs. In our experience, it’s Provencal herbs that blend perfectly with sour cream.
- Add a pinch of dried basil, one teaspoon of parsley. Basil and parsley can be used fresh. Another great addition is a couple of pinches of black pepper. Mix everything and leave to pickle on demand. By the way, if you have time, soak the meat in sour cream sauce for several hours, then after baking it will turn out even more delicious.
- Now let's get down to potatoes. We peel three potato tubers, rinse, cut into thin rings, sprinkle with one teaspoon of salt, mix. We did not add any more spices to the potatoes. You can add something else at your discretion, for example, seasoning for meat.
- Prepare the broccoli. We purchased a package of broccoli, which is already cut in portions. If you have a whole head of cabbage, divide it into inflorescences and cut each into 2-3 parts.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the rings of potatoes in one layer. Spread chicken wings on top of the potatoes.
- We clean one onion, cut into thin half rings. Pour the rings into a bowl of meat so that they are saturated with sour cream marinade, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Between the meat we put broccoli.
- We cover the baking sheet with foil, pierce its entire surface with a fork, so that the air comes out and send it into the oven, heated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
- After this time we take out a baking sheet, remove the foil. We grease the chicken with olive oil, set the oven temperature to 180 degrees and send a baking sheet into it. We stand another 10 minutes and get it.
- The dish turns out to be completely prepared, the chicken is rosy, we can serve it to the table. We cover the portioned plates with lettuce, spread the potatoes, meat, broccoli and serve each separately. Enjoy your meal.
