Step cooking
- Pour 500 ml of water into the pan and place it on a fire. Salt water to taste.
- While the water is boiling, wash and cut into medium pieces 5 broccoli inflorescences.
- Put chopped broccoli in boiled water. Cook broccoli for about 5 minutes.
- Wash and cut into medium slices 200 g of chicken. Put the pan on the fire and wait until it is heated. Pour in a pan 1 tbsp. l olive oil and send there the previously sliced chicken fillet. Pepper and salt to taste.
- Fry the fillet on one side for about 1.5-2 minutes, and then flip over to the other side.
- While the chicken fillet is fried and the broccoli is cooked, remove the seeds and finely chop 40 g of black olives.
- Peel and coarsely chop 2 cloves of garlic, send chopped garlic to the pan where the chicken is cooked.
- Remove the broccoli pan from the heat, remove them from the water with a sieve so that there is no excess liquid with them (do not drain the water from the pan). Put broccoli in a pan with filet.
- Send chopped olives to the fillet and broccoli.
- Wash 2 branches of thyme, separate the leaves from the stem and put in a pan. Shuffle all ingredients with a spatula. It can be added to taste.
- Pour 100 ml of white wine into a pan, mix and simmer for about a minute.
- Add 2 tbsp to the pan. l water in which broccoli was cooked.
- Wash and finely chop 3 sheets of basil, send it to the pan and mix again.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Pour another 1 tablespoon of water from the pan where you cooked the broccoli, add 30 g of butter to the pan, and mix until the oil dissolves. After mixing the oil with water in a pan, you should get a light sauce.
