Step cooking
- Cut 500 g of chicken into small pieces.
- Two medium-sized onions are peeled and shredded in half rings.
- Cut the core of one sweet pepper and cut it into thin strips.
- To prepare the sauce in a bowl, spread one tablespoon of honey, pour 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, pass two cloves of garlic through a press.
- Add spices: two teaspoons of curry and half a teaspoon of red hot pepper. Mix everything and pour 1 tablespoon of flour. Now we change it more carefully so that all the lumps of seasonings and especially the flour are dissolved, and the mass becomes homogeneous.
- We put the pan on the stove, heat it, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and let it heat well.
- We send the chicken to the pan.
- Fry the slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until a light crust is obtained, then put the prepared meat in a clean bowl.
- In the same pan, fry the onions and peppers until the onions are transparent.
- Add previously fried chicken and prepared sauce to the pan with vegetables.
- Mix everything thoroughly and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. During this time, periodically lift the lid and mix the contents.
- After 10 minutes, the dish is ready. It's time to talk about how and with what to submit it.

- Thai-style chicken can be served as an independent dish. To emphasize its merits, it is better to use light-colored dishes, the dish will look especially bright on them. Additionally, it can be decorated with a sprig of greenery.
