Ingredients
- Chicken - 3 kg
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 2 tsp.
- Turmeric - 2.5 tsp
- Paprika - 2 tsp.
- Granulated Garlic - 1 tsp.
- Thyme - 4 pinches
- Sumach - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Black peppercorns - to taste
Step cooking
- Butcher the chicken by opening it in the middle.
- Make a marinade. To do this, add 2 tsp. To a separate container. salt, 2 tsp. ground coriander, 2.5 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp. granulated garlic, 4 pinches of thyme, 1 tsp. sumac, black pepper to taste, juice of one lemon and 50 ml of vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Carefully coat the meat with the resulting marinade and let it brew for the night.
- At the end of the time, lay the chicken on a grid. Prepare the barbecue and coals.
- Put the meat in a grid on the grill. After 30 minutes, turn it over and fry. Cooking time depends on the conditions under which the meat is cooked.
