We send the carcass into a deep bowl, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for the whole night. If you do not have so much time, leave it in the kitchen for as long as possible, but at least half an hour.
- We take a can of 700 grams, as a rule, it is narrower than a liter. Pour literally 30 grams of boiling water into it, let the jar heat up. Then add a little more boiling water, rinse them with a jar so that it warms up well. Thus, it will not burst after pouring the right amount of water into it.
- Then pour into it 15 peas of a mixture of allspice and black pepper, 6 bay leaves.
- Fill the jar with half boiling water. We put the jar in a baking sheet with high sides, which will be wider than the chicken. Pour about 2-2.5 liters of hot water into the pan and during baking we make sure that this water is always there, if necessary, top up with hot water. It will not allow the jar to burst and will create a pair effect for the chicken.

- To prevent the tips of the chicken wings from burning, wrap them with foil.
- Place the wire rack on the lowest tier of the oven, and send the baking tray with chicken to it. Bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for 60-80 minutes.
- 15 minutes before cooking, pour the carcass with liquid from a baking sheet so that it does not turn out dry.
