Step cooking

- Wash my apricots under running water, divide into halves, remove the bone. In each of the formed triangles from the wide edge, pour half a teaspoon of granulated sugar, level it and place the apricot half on top.
- Stretch the edges of the triangle a little, twist it in the form of a bagel from a wide edge to a narrow one, press the edges well with your fingers so that when baking the filling does not go anywhere. Apricot juice will remain inside, croissants will be juicy.
- We heat the oven to two hundred degrees, cover the baking sheet with food parchment. When all the croissants are formed, put them on a baking sheet covered with food paper.
